Pros:Nothing, there was no car after having reached there. Now fighting for a refund for a rental that was never provided!
Cons:Staff was not wearing masks when I picked up and dropped off. The car was filthy when I picked it up.

Pros:The process was poor by Hertz and require 4 locations to finally get the appropriate vehicle even though we booked a month in advance. All the independent centers appeared super frustrated with Hertz. The assigned pickup location had "no" vehicles much less ours. The second location had no full size vehicle, which we had to have, and had been booked. The 3rd location we finally got a full size car, but two days later we had to again locate another car because the tires on the one we got were bald. Finally on the fourth try and many hours of frustration later, and the 3rd day into our trip, we were able to get what we booked in good condition.
Cons:I would never recommend or use Hertz again. They were the absolute worse company. I felt sorry for the vendors who had there franchise, as they tried their hardest to deal with this screwed up company!!!!!!!!

Cons:Never got the car! When I went to pickup the car. The representative told me they were out of cars and they had tried to contact me by phone a couple days prior but the phone number was bad. I understand things happen but I provided the correct through kayak which is pre populated on my account. If would have been nice to receive an email since this issue was know days in advance.
Cons:No car available when I called to pick it up. Had to cancel reservation due to no car.
Cons:when i called the office i was directed to, i was told i was too far away to pick up! when i returned the vehicle, i was offered a ride! when i confirmed my reservation for a vehicle,i was unable to pick it up before the office closed, and when i called, i was told my reservation would be held for the following day. when i contacted the office the next day, my reservation had been dumped! i contacted another enterprise office, having asked for their phone number because, apparently, they could not make the call, and was given the wrong number! not long after explaining my situation to the 'other' office i received a call from the office i made the reservation with saying that they would have a car for me. when i got to the office, the car they offered to me over the phone was given to someone else! thats not the way to run a business, to my way of thinking!
