Car handled very poorly
Pros: Staff on collecting the car were friendly and professional.
Cons: There was a slight vibration as you drove. The tires also weren't suitable for winter driving. Combining the two meant that the car was quite unstable on snow and ice. I have so greatly disliked driving a vehicle.

Pros: Picked me up at the train station, exactly as my train arrived. Upgraded my car for no additional cost. Staff were friendly and helpful.
