15 hr plus delay due to weather website shows counter close's at 1030pm local, we arrived at 1015pm and no one was there thus costing me $150 usd for a taxi to round Rock. If I was the manager I'd fire those people as there were 4 other groups in my situation.thanks for nothing alamo!1,9 Poor

Pros:
The staff was not helpful. They did not have the vehicle or a similar one available for my reservation. The clerk stated she wasn't sure about the seating capacity for the vehicle she tried to pawn off. I told her I must have seating for 7 as was reserved. We walked around the parking lot and she showed me that the vehicle I wanted was on a doughnut and they couldn't get it fixed until they had 5 flats to fix. I drove an hour to pick up this car. She offered a 12 passenger van that looked like a church bus or a Highlander with seating for 5. Neither was acceptable. She didn't care that I had already driven an hour to get the reserved vehicle. She stated they called and left a message, but the number they used was not the number on my confirmation and I never received it. She made no attempt to make the situation better or offer a remedy other than a car that was too small or a tank.Cons:

I liked that when I landed in Killeen, Texas I was able to take care of all the paperwork and get my car keys right next to the luggage pick up site while I waited for my bags. The car was well maintained and the price i was charged was reasonable. Dropping it off did not really present any hassle either.10,0 Wonderful
