Cons:
Booked a truck on Kayak but Hertz would not honor the reservation. Drove an hour to pick up the truck and just before I get there I get a call and they said they didn’t have that truck on the lot...sorry! I asked for a different truck, which I knew they had, and they refused to work with me...just kept saying sorry. So wrong!!!2,0 Poor

Even though I has reserved a car days in advance, they had no cars available when I went to pick it up, and said that they had had no cars for weeks due to the hurricane. They had my cell phone number and email address but had made no attempt to contact me. It was an absolute disaster for me since the car was a key part of a project.10,0 Wonderful

I was in to pick up a vacation rental and it took all of 5 minutes to get set up.Cons:
The only issues I had was that my rental had some superficial scratches on it....most people wouldn't probably notice though. I'm ocd with cars. The lady helping me documented everything for my peace of mind.10,0 Wonderful
