I was unaware that the rental car place would be closed for the return.Cons:
I believe the cleanliness of the vehicle was not up to par and that time needs to be taken to shampoo the interior. The seats were stained and the carpet could have been vacuumed. It did not feel at all comfortable. I believe the outside only was washed and that was it.10,0 Wonderful

I arrived 40 minutes after the time I designated for pickup, believing the credit card I provided secured the car. It was given away when I arrived. The manager huddled in the corner working to find another van for us. Luckily he found another van at another location that we were able to drive and pickup the van.10,0 Wonderful
