I had been provided this address 1, 1000 Airport Road, Leduc, AB T9E8B7 which is wrong. The correct location is inside the airport. It was extremely difficult for me to pick up the vehicle because of that.10,0 Wonderful

From the shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport to the counter staff at the rental agency itself, all were polite and courteous. The car was ready and we were given good instructions as to the "after-hour" drop-off process.8,0 Very Good

Check in took way to long... knowing that they had vball teams coming into Edmonton for a tournament and rentals were going to be higher than normal on a wed they did. It have enough staff to help. Check in was Long and they were always answering phone thru out for shuttle pick up.10,0 Wonderful

shuttle from airport to sparrow cres would boost your business tenfold, work around that airport tax if possible, I was diappointed at what the charge would be for cost of shuttle service.8,0 Very Good

Windshield deductible of $100 after paying $7.99 makes no sense for one rock chip. We know they will just repair the windshield until it actually cracks. It's the first car rental that's ever hit me with an additional insurance and $100 charge thereafter for a rock chip. Overall a bad experience.10,0 Wonderful

May be due to construction close to the Branch, pickup time is quite long, 40 minutes. Pre Authorize deposit is usually 300/350 but they have $500 Pre Authorized amount..Enterprise

Both keys linked together with a strong wire cable. This meant that if one key was lost or locked in car,both were lost or locked in. Quite worrying. Had to go to hardware store and have cable cut.10,0 Wonderful
