Great service
Pros: Loved how they came and picked me up. Just gave them a quick call when I was ready, not a fixed time. Received an upgrade in vehicle because what I reserved was not available.
Cons: Wiper blades on the vehicle should have been checked before I rented. They were streaky. I reported this when I dropped off. Offered insurance but waived since my insurance covers rentals. Had to sign in at least 4 places to waive additional insurance.

Pros: Could not rent a car on Saturday, due to I could not pick it up on Saturday, even though I told them I was working on Saturday and nothing was said that I could not rent the car till Saturday morning at 9 am. I will never got to enterprise again. They are liars!
