Pros:

My complaint is really with Kayak. The enterprise manager was quite pleasant to me when he told me that they didn't have the car I reserved through Kayak. I tried again, through Kayak, to rent another car. I found one in a different Enterprise store so I reserved it. Again, I was told they don't have any cars available. I'm not sure who is to blame here, Kayak or Enterprise, but obviously Kayak doesn't have availability to Enterprise's inventory. I ended up borrowing a car from a friend. I don't think I'll use Kayak again.

Cons:

Make sure the car, hotel room, flight, etc. is available before you allow customers to reserve it.

Give me back my money I cancelled the rental and was not refunded because enterprise did not have any of the money I deposited.

it was the fastest I've ever gotten on the road at a rental car company. There was a significant (15lbs) deficit of air pressure in one of the vehicle's wheels which I needed to remedy.
