Pros:I was given a free upgrade car. 2021 GMC. Also I saved an additional 70$ upon arrival. Overall I would recommend kayak
Cons:A Gas filled car. Upon arrival they did not have a fueled vehicle ready. I had to refill myself. But at the return of the rental I had the option to bring it back the way I picked it up. So good thing is I didn’t have to refill before drop off.
Pros:Everything went smoothly even during these unprecedented times. Everyone was friendly and professional. There was a slight hiccup with pricing, but they honored the price I was quoted online when I showed them without any hassle.
Pros:Pick up and drop off was quick and easy. Staff went through the car to make sure everything was clean and gave a quick tutorial on how things operated in the car.
Pros:Plenty of room, got an up grade because yhay didn't have what i asked for.
Cons:Car was a bit bigger a bit more on gas than asked for so gas was a bit more.
Pros:Everything was great. Very smooth transaction and got a great deal on a brand new Expedition. After hours drop off was a plus. Would definitely recommend.
Cons:They rented us a car to pickup on a day that they were not open and then would not change the reservation to a location that was open. Eventually I got the reservation changed to the airport, when I got there the line was 15 people long and after 10 minutes of waiting only one person was serviced. I went to another car rental agency and rented a car for $40 dollars more.
Cons:Reserved car 2 days prior to trip. No vehicle available to pick up on day of trip.
Cons:Rental office in the middle of hotel being renovated. Not a pleasant walk from parking lot to office. Got "non-smoking" car with bad cigarette smell. Rep was unable to answer questions on how to pay tolls in Illinois.
Pros:Car was clean and almost new
Cons:Drop-off times and Pickups were terrible dropped off a day early and they wouldn't credit me any money back that was kind of pathetic
Cons:I dropped off at a different location. On the web site as well as the paper work it said the Budget office was at a Best Western Hotel. Not familiar with the area , I was looking for the Best western not an address. The Hotel had changed ownership and the name was different. I tried calling the office and was transfered to National Budget hdqrs and they could not help me. So I finally located the address on the NEW Hotel!!!
Pros:Nothing. Complete disappointment.
Cons:When they see you are a Kayak/Priceline customer there is NO customer service. The little I saved by going thru them they literally screwed me with the insurance. You can pay for the car at the counter but NIOT the insurance! You are not told that up front. The staff was most unhelpful. They never showed me tthe car or went over anything - no time for Kayak/Priceline customers at all!

Pros:Drop off was on day office closed and was easy. Just write down mileage, date and time returned. .
Cons:Office closed at 5pm and pick up was scheduled for 5pm. When I got there a little late due to lack of signage for pick up and traffic, they were closed and it cost me a day of vacation. No number to call or anything. When I called Hertz, it went to National line and they wouldn’t help me because I booked through Kayak. When I went the next morning to pick it up, I mentioned it to the counter person and she was rude about it and not concerned.
Pros:car was comfortable and had nice features and was maintained well
Cons:car was dirty smelled like cigarete smoke could not see our of of windows called customer service multiple times with no resolution charged me for an extra driver even though inhave triple a and when i went to drop car off the lobby was closed so i couldnt even talk to anyone about the issues we had either

Cons:The staff was great but perhaps the selection of mini vans could be better as the one we had didn’t have great mileage
Pros:It was a convenient location for us.
Cons:Our car was not available so they “upgraded” us but it wasn’t really what we needed in terms of luggage space. The car was clearly not cleaned before we got it, which besides being gross is also a Covid concern. Plus the gas tank was only 3/4 full. We were not given any sort of compensation for the gas shortage, just a shrug and a comment to put it in our survey.
Pros:I got a sweet little Nissan Rogue - exactly what I wanted. It was a brilliant little car for my trip. It was perfect. The people at the little rental center were very nice - and efficient. I got the best price and I compared the costs with other rental companies.
Cons:Let folks know that this rental office is located INSIDE the hotel! That's it
