Pick up return process was very easy, except for it took almost a week for them to process my return. The car was good, reliable, not that clean when we picked it up, however, and only had not quite a half a tank of gas.

Pros:

The Staff member was a bit overwhelmed with the fact that the computer system was down, and I waited over 40 minutes before departing with the rental. He ddin’t walk out with me to inspect the vehicle so I took a video of the odometer and the stains and cigarette smoke damage to the interior as well as the scratches on the exterior. The member at the drop off was pleasant and courteous.

The experience was good from the start. A tad difficult when getting on site. When filtering for pickup location. I had to input defined location from airport linearly location. Once the system recognized/ accepted the revised location. There was no problem searching for vehicle to rent. The on site associates at the pickup- drop off location. We’re friendly, professional, and exceptionally patient with all our concerns and questions. My wife and I were very pleased with the Buick Envision provided. If ever there is a need to rent a vehicle again. Budget will be a site to definitely revisit and do business with again.
