The car was clean, new, and the reps at the location were friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions.Cons:
At my initial pick-up the branch was empty, doors unlocked, no one inside, no cars in the lot. Another customer was there for a similar pick-up time. When I went inside the branch the alarm went off and the police showed up. Phone Customer Service was eventually able to schedule me for a pick-up the next day, and thankfully I didn't need the car until then, but it did waste a few hours of my day and cause a lot of frustration. The pick-up on the following day was much smoother, the reps were quick and friendly. Probably just a freak occurrence, but still annoying. Still have no idea why no one was at the first branch at the original pick-up time.10,0 Wonderful

The staff was very organized, helpful, and efficient. Daniel Joyner (Danvers, MA) was a pleasure to work with. He had the van ready to go when I arrived. We did a quick review of the vehicle and he showed me how all controls worked. I really liked the electronic pad used to initial and sign the agreement - very easy & efficient.Cons:
I would have liked the gas tank to be full when I picked up the van. I do not like picking up a vehicle with the tank half empty.... When I am racing to my destination on a long drive, having to stop to get gas is a dissatisfier.10,0 Wonderful

Good thing i did not have to use the windshield wipers. The window cleaner they used left a film on the windshield. It was very dangerous. I did not have to fight a wet road and spray thank God. I told them about it.9,2 Wonderful
