When we finally got service at check in, the agent was very friendly and accomodating.Cons:
A long queue at the airport in Ularu was very slow. For some reason, everyone was renting from Avis rather than the other agencies, so it took a long time to process all the customers. By the time we got to the counter the vehicle we had requested was no longer available, but the agent did upgrade us to a much larger vehicle.Europcar
