Cons:
Van was barely cleaned. Old food and debris from previous renter under seats and in back. Trash from previous renter in glove box. My rental was a Ford Trasit or similar. I ended up with a Chevy express. There were no Ford Transits. Not one anywhere and I don’t believe there ever was. I called for weeks before my rental pickup to have one allocated and was called the day before to tell me. I don’t believe that if your customer service associates took the time to actually look at a schedule, I could’ve been notified and I would’ve made other plans. I was transporting elderly people, the Transit’s configuration made it a lot easier for us and comfortable for them.4,4 Mediocre

They could have had the car I reserved instead of only having SUVs which I didn’t want but was forced to take. They could have cleaned the vehicle which they clearly hadn’t as it was covered in bird poop on the outside and had trash on the inside. It also had a big dent in the hood.10,0 Wonderful
