Pros: Dropoff staff was helpful, once I found a place that was open.Cons: Vehicle was not ready at pick up time. I left to eat and came back and they said it would be an hour or more longer wait for the type of vehicle I wanted (something fuel efficient) . They offered me a larger vehicle that I could take then, which accepted assuming it would be for the price I expected of ~$115 including fees&taxes. The employee did not mention an increased fee for the available vehical. I was badgered into paying an additional ~$23 for scratch protection. I did not look closely at the paperwork because I was in a rush by that point, so was upset to find when I stopped for fuel and checked the paperwork in my email and saw that I was charged $167, in addition to having a fuel cost higher than I had planned for. I except that I did agree to the scratch protection racket, though I was badgered into it, but I am angry about the additional ~$25 that I do not know the origin of. It is not worth my time to figure it out, since I am back home and back to work. It isn't even worth my time to go check the exact values for this rant rather than include approximate costs from memory. But I will avoid Enterprise and probably Kayak in the future. Unless you have an easy way of refunding the excessive costs without

Pros: The car was fantastic. And I could return it locally. I wish I could have picked it up locally as well, but I got it nonethelessCons: I DID NOT KNOW I needed a credit card only to pick up my car at the airport. I have a debit/credit card and it was not accepted. I was almost stranded at the airport with no ride and no car to leave with. It was humiliating and horrible. Please do better of clarifying that rule.

Pros: Staff was friendly, efficient, responsive and very helpfulCons: Windows were very spotted and interior was pretty dirty so spent some time detailing the interior and windows after pick up before our trip. It is a tough time of year to keep things maintained. Let check in staff know just to make them aware and they were very responsive and made up for the issue though I asked for nothing. Will come back for next trip.

Pros: Friendly staff Easy pickup After-hours drop-offCons: Only negative is that they didn't have the car type I requested, so I got upgraded to an SUV. The SUV itself was very nice, but I was driving it a long way and wanted something with better gas mileage, that's why I requested a sedan.

Cons: Enterprise in Noblesville is a great business. They did a great job with customer service & making sure my car rental was perfect. I will say what was a disappointment is this online service thru Kayak. I was able to book a car thru Kayak, received my emailed confirmation that my rental was available & would be ready at my designated Enterprise location & designated time. But when I arrived there, they didn't have the rental I was confirmed to receive. This was no fault of theirs, & I ended up renting another vehicle from Enterprise. But, if Kayak says they work with the car rental services to offer the best deals available, they might want to have real time car rental availability of vehicles. I even called Kayak customer service & all the agent said was they have nothing to do with what Enterprise has available & I would have to direct my concerns to Enterprise directly. No help at all! Not going to use this service again. I got a better price & much better service contacting the Enterprise store directly that I rented from. Great job Enterprise Noblesville! Bad job Kayak, boo!!

Cars come without cruise control these days?Cons: I rent cars fairly frequently for work and enterprise seems to be the only company that I have any problems with. Sadly the problems aren't regarding anything that has gone wrong but more so they are trying too hard. Their customer service model is overbearing and completely over the top. Most people would like to get in, sign their contract, be smiled at and then be on their way. Practically 45 minutes later I was able to run away only to realize after all the over indulgent "how can we help" "anything else to make your car renting experience any better?" I found out the car had no cruise control for the interstate driving I had just rented it for.
