Initially I was given a car that smelled strongly of marijuana. I mentioned it to the Enterprise employee and she agreed the smell was strong. After another minute of her finishing paperwork and me noticing there was an indicator that one of the tires was low, I finally said: Is there seriously not another car here that doesn't smell? Maybe one that has air in all the tires? She said we'd have to talk to the manager. So we did. He had no problem moving me to the other car. So, why didn't she make it right in the first place?

They allowed me to switch cars after they had completed all the paper work.The car could have been cleaner, I found a used mask tucked into the visor.

I didn’t even have a car when I had placed a reservation well in advance.The pick up time for my car was set for 5pm, the location closed at 5pm. I called first thing the following morning to pick up my rental & they told me they no longer had the vehicle available because I hadn’t showed up to pick up the car at my scheduled appointment time— even though I did, they were just closed by that time. I was told theyd call me later on that same afternoon to give me an update & I never even got a call, no apologies for the inconvenience, nothing. Frustrating to say the least.

The booking system is confusing because everything about the payer's information is on my name, and I only put in another name for the driver because he was supposed to be the one driving. When the staff started looking for a booking under my name they could not find it because it looks like what they could see in their system is only the driver's name and not mine. Also, the policies are weird. They cannot let me rent it because I only have a student permit. I wanted to rent the car for the driver's test. Secondly, the policy would have let us rent the car had I only put in the renter's information under the driver's name and not mine. But of course, I booked it under my name, so they could not let me rent it.

Ease of pickup. Employees were very courteous and helpful.The building looks like an old jiffy lube oil change place. Getting in and out of the building was a little challenging but that can't be helped.

Great customer service!The folks at Enterprise were nice and willing to go out of their way to help me. They communicated with me several times to make sure everything was fine. They were a great group of people to work with.No problems at all.

VERY PLEASEDI was given an upgrade, and when I returned the car it was also $30 less than what my original contract stated.The car was on "empty" when I picked it up, so I had to waste time to fill it up before I could use the vehicle. The car should have been filled before I arrived.
