Pros:

Staff was knowledgeable, quick, and helpful. Drop off was easy, and I was able to score a ride home. The car I had was clean, great on gas, and it had a sunroof. It just made my long drive that much more enjoyable.

Cons:

Honestly, the pick up and drop off was so easy, I can't think of anything else I would need.

Cons:

We weren't told the office closed at noon and when we got there it was and we were unable to get our car. We called the 800 number but we're told there was nothing they could do to help us. We ended up renting from Avis who were very helpful but more expensive. Very bad communication. We were under Un the impression the car wouldn't be ready until noon

- person returning the car was late, but no fault of the company. Had to wait for car to arrive and get cleaned

Pleasant and efficient man but car was poor. There was a grinding noise from one of the wheels, wipers were worn and didnt clear the water, windows were dirty inside as was car inside on floor and entry cills. We thought the noise was the brakes as perhaps the car had been sitting but it didny clear. We got to where we were going and back, thankfully!

Everything was fantastic, except for the interior of the car. It wasn't very roomy and it only had one cup holder. Which I found very odd. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend to others.

Car was a nice upgrade.

Cons:

Car was dirty and full of nut shells that caused an allergic reaction with one of travel companions and ruined our trip.

Don’t book this dealership through Kayak. I showed up and the dealership said they had no record of my booking even though I had my confirmation email from and my reminder from the day before. The dealership owner was nice enough but complained that Kayak books their cars without telling them and to never use their site. I was offered a car at a higher rate and was left with no choice but to take it. Dealership was fine and I would book through them directly but don’t use Kayak for this dealership.
