Pros (+) Overall clean and equipped rooms, very friendly staff, nice facility, good distance to Charlotte (only 15 min drive).
Cons (-) Breakfast wasn't that great, ok on options but hot food was bland. A couple of stains on the carpet in our room but everything else was clean.

Pros (+) The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The inside of the hotel could perhaps use a little bit of a face-lift, but the rooms were clean and comfortable, with fridges, couches, etc, and I felt very welcome and safe here as a solo female traveler.

Pros (+) Great staff and service--everyone was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean and breakfast was enjoyable. The location was very convenient and the area/neighborhood was peaceful, clean and serene.
Cons (-) There was a group of people on our floor that made a ton of noise one night as they came in and out of their rooms to visit each other across the hall. Honestly it felt like we were staying in a college dormitory. While I know that this is not necessarily the fault of the hotel, the noise carried heavily into our room during bedtime for our young son. It went on for an hour and was just miserable....
