Pros (+) The staff was very helpful,and courteous. Checki-in&out both a breeze. The entire grounds were clean and well kept. The pool area looked wonderful but unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side. Rooms were quiet and CLEAN!! Bed also very comfortable. This place is set up like a maze and there weren't very many guests at the time so we didn't hear a lot of traffic people-wise, nor from the very b...
Cons (-) That we weren't staying longer to enjoy more! Maybe also the entering and exiting because of the traffic.

Pros (+) I like the fact that it was very quiet and clean. Everyone that we met was business like and hospitable.
Cons (-) I don't like the fact that you have to use your room card to get out of the pool area. Our cards had gotten demagnetized and would not allow us to get out of the pool area. This seems like a safety concerns. I completely understand needing a card to get in but not out.
