Most guests were disappointed by the pool being closed or out of service, which was a recurring issue. However, many reviews praised the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness of the staff. Some guests found the rooms clean and comfortable, while others noted issues with cleanliness and dated facilities. Overall, the positive aspects were the location and helpful service, but the pool closure and occasional maintenance or cleanliness concerns were significant negatives.
