Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's convenient location near shopping and attractions, as well as the spaciousness and cleanliness of many rooms. Several reviews highlighted friendly and accommodating staff, and some enjoyed the breakfast options. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness issues in certain rooms and bathrooms, maintenance problems, and extra fees for parking. While some guests found the beds comfortable and amenities satisfactory, others noted outdated facilities, noise concerns, and inconsistent service. Overall, the hotel was seen as a decent and affordable option with room for improvement in cleanliness and amenities.

Cons (-) The sack breakfast was worthless. The room was dark. Poorly lit.

Cons (-) Room wasn't dirty, but certainly not as clean as expected. Staff started knocking on the door at 9:15am, even though we had the DND sign out. They asked us twice before 9:30 as to when we were leaving, even though checkout is 11a-12p
