They picked me up 45 minutes late. I was taking my lunch at 1, and told them I needed to be back to work as soon as possible. I made multiple calls to the store and was told two or 3 times they were close. I demanded them to give me the persons number who was co.ing, but they said to hang up, he is going to call me now. The staff seemed overwhelmed with the two staffers which took some time to be attended on site and when i called them up to extend my rental contract through the end of October as I was on hold for almost one hour and my call was also terminated so I called them right back until someone answered my call.Cons:

Manager failed to mention that pre-paid gas wasn't refundable. I TRIED to do a good deed and fill the tank up with gas before returning the vehicle and they STILL charged me an additional $56 for the pre-paid gas!! I got ripped off for an extra $100! Great job!!9,6 Wonderful
