Pros:

The staff seemed overwhelmed with the two staffers which took some time to be attended on site and when i called them up to extend my rental contract through the end of October as I was on hold for almost one hour and my call was also terminated so I called them right back until someone answered my call.

Cons:

Be honest with the actual time frames, leaving someone unattended and on hold for such a long time is simply not good at all.

Friendly and efficient service! We needed a car on short notice from a specific location that provided night drop off to avoid being charged for an additional day. Hertz in Chandler accommodated us beautifully. The managers choice car selection definitely worked in our favor. We got a great vehicle at a great price. When i returned the car an hour and a half early the car was not entered until returned until later creating more expense for the rental. They start the rental the moment they enter it in the computer but are very slow to enter the return in the computer. They do all sort of things then enter the return. Costing more than it should.

Went to pick up car and they told me the one I paid for wasn't available so they offered an suv at no extra charge. I explained that I was the only traveler and didn't want to pay more for gas with an suv. She said that that the suv was ready now but if I wanted a car smaller than I paid for then it would be 30 mins to clean. I told them I would wait. I got to the rental place at 11:50 for a noon pick up. I ended up finally getting my keys well after 12:50. I got in the car and it smelled good but was dirty. Some sort of spilled liquid in center console and dust/dirt on dash. To be honest I just wanted to get on my trip so I didn't say anything. Overall was a pretty disappointing expirence.

Cons:

They did not have the car I reserved. I was downgraded to a smaller car. They did give me a 10% discount though. They literally had only like 3 cars in the whole lot.

Pros:

They were only friendlier because they were late on pickup and did not want to lose a customer to their competition agencies.

Cons:

Take time to understand customer requests on rentals, take more time in closing out the customer bills and get them their rental copy same day or at the very least next business day. I returned my rental on the 15th first thing in the morning, still have not received my final bill or an explanation as to why I have not received the full $200 deposit back.

Cons:

The service, it took me over an hour to get my rental. It felt like I was dealing with a car sales man, he kept trying to upsale a rental and wouldn't take no for an answer.. Car cleanliness, it was full of dog hair..
