Pros (+) Historic value and central location in downtown Chandler was nice.
Cons (-) Opportunities to improve overnight security and services. During the week that I was there it was not uncommon to find room service trays and such in the hall ways. I also had an incident comming across someone sleeping in the elevator.

Pros (+) Criown Sam Marcos is beautiful and well kept. The front desk staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Cons (-) Beds were a little hard. In the restaurant AJs, the food was ok but the wait staff was terrible.

Pros (+) We stayed for our 10th anniversary. The architecture was super cool. We loved the building. We love the history and all of the historical pictures inside the lobby. Breakfast outside was delicious. They are in a perfect location to walk to almost anything you need.
Cons (-) The pool area could use a facelift, but I'm not sure how they would fit that in with the historic nature of the whole property. It was still nice enough for swimming.
