Pros: Like that it’s cheap and met my price range. And was close to great wolf lodge.

Cons: So much I didn’t like. I walked in and there was a used needle on the ground with drugs! Also the sink in the bathroom was broken along with the nob broken off the air conditioner. The back door also wouldn’t close half the time

Cons: My stay was good and comfortable.

Pros: Price was good for the location. The lake view was a nice touch. Right next to the freeway for easy access, but still quiet.

Cons: Non smoking room still smelled slightly like smoke.

Pros: Owner helped when the waffle machine wasn't set to the right time. Room was clean, quiet, nice view, very negligible freeway traffic noise.

Cons: I had difficulty with the TV remote.

Cons: I let them know I had a service animal and received the crappiest room. I believe it was because of my service animalthey gave us this room. Carpet stained, dusty, never again

Cons: I would have just liked to have fresh coffee available all day, but it's no big deal.

Cons: The white towels were thin and grayish in color. There were no extra blankets or pillows. Overall a disappointing experience, despite the low price.

Pros: Despite having the water saving features. The shower flow and pressure felt the same as an unrestricted flow shower. A big closet.

Cons: 1. They added a fee that was not disclosed during the reservation making process and then blamed the booking site for not telling me about the fee. 2, For daring to question their billing practices. We ended up with two double beds, instead of the two queen beds we had booked. 3. The room had all the furniture and furnishing placed oddly so that it felt cramped even as the overall square footage was normal.

Pros: It was clean and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Coffee and tea available in lobby.

Cons: I had barking dogs beside us. Not sure if they had a pet allowed section but I was not asked or warned about pets. No shampoo or cream rinse. I did not bring any as most hotel motels have them.
