Hotel staff were very helpful. Without their help I could not have printed my boarding passes for my flight home. The hotel is clean and bright: very modern rooms inside an old palace. The hotel is located near a semi-industrial area that should be avoided at night because of the drug selling and other activities. The few blocks on the other side of the hotel connecting to the main avenue in Catania (Via Eatna) are filled with restaurants and cafes and are much more charming. The hotel also has its own restaurant and rooftop garden area.
- The room was really big, and comfortable. The staff was friendly. - The location was not very good. Despite that it was relatively close to the old town city centre, it was located won a street full of shady people and prostitutes 😕
Pros. The staff are courteous. Antonio in the lounge is the best bartender in Catania!
