6,3 Good
Pros: Quiet picturesque location in the hills of Rilan peninsula. Rustic wooden construction and interiors have a log cabin charm.
Cons: Quite expensive for what you get in terms of size of rooms, privacy, amenities, change of linen etc. The balconies back onto each other so sitting outside you can see your neighbor come out. Rooms get quite cool at night and you have to ask for heating and wifi to be turned on. The rooms are very small especially considering the wide open spaces in the island of Chiloe, everything felt a little cramped. The restaurant was good but not inclusive and you get charged for little extras. island of Chiloe, everything felt a little cramped. 10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very relaxing, simple and comfortable atmosphere. Just what we wanted for our first stop on our Chilean vacation. Wonderfully hospitable and warm staff.
Cons: Shower head needed replacement. Kitchen hours were short. Especially would have liked dinner to start sooner than 8.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable. Beautiful view and location. Nice hiking trails
Cons: The power went out twice for extended time due to a power outage in the entire area. Probably need a backup generator if this happens very often.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This was a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful hotel outside of Castro in the countryside with walks down to the sea, pool, hot tubs, sauna, breakfast and the friendliest staff. A real gem. Highly recommended.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Nice setting. Heating and plenty of hot water.
Cons: I gave them laundry at 3pm. They said it would be ready in 24h. When I came to pick it up at 4pm on the following, I found out that the bag of dirty clothes had been sitting under the reception desk for 24h and all I was offered was to wait 24h more, which was not possible since I was checking out on the following morning and I had to wait 2 more days to be able to change socks. Gross!

Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. 10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very nice and the staff friendly and helpful. They upgraded me to a suite without my asking and at no extra cost, apparently because they were not overbooked the days I was there. The breakfast was very nice--good selection and quality. The food in the restaurant was also good and the wait-staff very nice.
Cons: It was hard to find--it's located behind the casino and if their website noted that, I missed it. If it didn't note that, they should, because it isn't visible from the street and I didn't see the hotel listed on the sign for the casino or any other sign that noted the hotel's presence. I was finally able to find it only by using Google Maps and even then drove by it twice before I realized I needed to drive behind the casino. Otherwise, the only nit-pick is that the mini-bar wasn't refilled until my third day.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good selection and plentiful
Cons: Everything was fine
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The wellness area and the room views are lovely, the room is big enough and very comfortable. We got two small bottles of water and a Chocolate, kind of small details which make the difference. The breakfast is tasty and you will find everything you need/would love to have.
Cons: Wellness area divided by man/women, so you can not share the time with your partner while there. Espresso at the bar is bad, but I'm Italian and can understand that the 11000km distance can make a difference on it.
5,1 Okay
Pros: The room size, view and bed comfort. The breakfasts were not bad.
Cons: The hotel adjoins a casino, is very badly designed and soundproofing is minimal. You can hear all the noise from the lobby, restaurant and spa (3 floors below) which goes on till late in the night inhibiting sleep and relaxation. The so called presidential suite, whilst large, was cheaply fitted out. Definitely not a 5 star hotel as advertised

Cons: Opinions staff man.Jesuits genocids ¿?¿?¿?

Cons: Water was just warm -would have liked it a little hotter. Walls thin - could hear TV in next room. Breakfast was minimal toast with cheese and meat good, but cake, cookies too much sweet. Was disappointed that the it was bread toast and not the wonderful Chilean bread.

Hotel Unicornio Azul - Castro - Building

7,0 Good
Pros: family atmosphere, welcoming, caring attitude of staff, historical style of building
Cons: The shower didn't really work - had to have a sponge bath. Didn't complain as we had to leave early and had no time, so don't know what the reaction of staff would have been - maybe they could have fixed it. Windows were sealed shut - luckily a small bathroom window could be left open. A tad expensive
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff are amazing and the view of top rooms is like heaven
Cons: They dis not serve eggs in the breakfast
4,2 Okay
Pros: Very kind staff at the breakfast buffet.
Cons: Lack of cleanness. Old furniture. No space in the room.
4,6 Okay
Pros: Colorful hotel, the location is perfect, parking area, there is a good restaurant next door
Cons: We paid too much for the hotel...in our opinion we paid too much. We stayed in similar hotel at much less.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful view of the lake from the hotel! Easy walking access to restaurants, shopping mall, activities! Totally convenient place to go for peace and tranquility! Good base place to stay if someone intends to stay awhile and explore the island!
Cons: Nothing!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Best breakfast in Chile! Staff very accommodating about price. We had to change the number of nights we were staying.
Cons: Too many stray dogs around town.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Quite a unique hotel, although the outside looks a bit shabby it’s great inside with spacious and clean rooms. Decor was interesting and staff were very attentive. Good location, short walk from the town centre. Good onsite parking facilities
Cons: Very basic breakfast for a hotel! No eggs and hardly any fruit which was disappointing considering the price! Do not purchase any water from the restaurant, overpriced is an understatement!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: A cool place with a laid back atmosphere and a friendly staff. Close to the city center for easy access to the bus station and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Not a lot
Cons: The place is delapadated, quirky is interesting however this place is overpriced and falling apart
