Pros: Enough space in the car and reasonable handling, even if low powered. Excellent help by company in Coyhaique.Cons: We were outfitted with tires much too worn for traveling the Carretera Austral. With two flat tires early on, we wasted too much time fixing the problems and missing scheduled activities. Finally, in Coyhaique, the company replaced all four tires.

Pros: Staff was not helpful, either friendly. I could not the receive the car that I booked and staff refused to cancel my booking. I have not received a refund.Cons: As said before, staff was not helpful, either friendly. I could not the receive the car that I booked and staff refused to cancel my booking. I have not received a refund. And I will not receive that refund. I have tried to reach the SIXT international office operating in Chile, but they are useless. Do not chose this SIXT for you car rental in Puerto Montt and area. Choose upon a company on arrival to the airport. It works much better. SIXT only operates professionally in the states and Europe.
