Pros: Everything was perfect. All the details were careful thought to make our stay amazing. The staff is super helpful giving us the best advices on what to do and visit. Great breakfast outside enjoying amazing view. Fantastic food for dinner.

Cons: Taxis were difficult to arrange and very expensive. An inexpensive shuttle to/from the local town on some nights would have been good. Being famous for wine it was a shame that one of us always had to miss out to drive. The restaurant was great but some of the portions were small and it was slightly overpriced compared to other similar restaurants. Also, sometimes the restaurant had little to no music so it felt a little awkward as you could hear other diners conversations.

Pros: Everything from checking in, dinner at the restaurant, amazing service from everyone working at the property, the free bottle of wine upon check in, and an amazing room with breathtaking view. Worth every penny and can't wait to return.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike.

Pros: what a stunning location and place to stay for anyone wanting to see Tuscany at its finest and most beautiful. Simply breathtaking views from every direction of the hotel. The staff were only too helpful to heed to any of our requests and the food was fantastic. A must stay place in Tuscany and the perfect location for a romantic getaway of peaceful retreat. Cant wait to return and stay for longer next time.

The hotel went out of their way to ensure we knew how to find them before we arrived by contacting us via WhatsApp which was really useful. Marco and his staff helped us plan our days, supplying maps and explaining the best places to visit, and booked our vineyard tours for us.

Pros: The property is well located in Tuscany ( peaceful location, really nice view on San Giminiano , nice pool , no noise , parking outside , complete and good breakfast on the terrace ) Stephania is really helpful and welcoming in the house The access road is praticable, don’t trust the other comments if you know how to drive :) The box lunch were appreciable to drink wine and have lunch near the swimming pool , good idea !

Cons: Furnitures to be improved and changed: - deck chairs damaged at the swimming pool - convertible bed instead of a real bed: uncomfortable mattress and wire mattress with some gaps and steel plate in the middle of the back - hard pillows

Pros: Beautiful villa, amazing location and view, the pool is great, breakfast is reach, wifi is fast, the rooms are clean and Stefania is superwelcoming and helpful. We would have liked to stay there much longer.

Pros: The lady was super friendly and welcoming! And the place is simply wonderfull :) clean, good breakfast with lot’s of choices a nice swimmingpool area and close to the nearest cities. The road to the B&B is a little offroad but we knew this before and found it not a problem at all we arrived at the night and drove straight from Florence to the B&B without any problems. The lade sent us good instructions. When the morning rises we enjoyed an amazing view and the road to and from the hotel give also amazing views!!! Amazing stay and we definitely recommend this jewel!

Pros: Stefania’s warmth and dedication was outstanding. The place is located in the heart of the beautiful Tuscany, a great villa well kept and comfortable facilities. We would strongly recommend it !

Pros: My wife simply loved the rooms as they were rustic enough to pass for an agriturismo. Beds were comfy and the staff was very helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast; good thing we did not opt to include it in the package as I can imagine that having the same breakfast fare for several days might just not be as enjoyable.

Pros: Staff were nice, and accommodation is peaceful.

Cons: Upon booking this property, one makes use of various filters there are. One of these was offers dinners. However, to our dismay, upon arriving (even though we had contacted the accommodation separately and were assured), we were informed that due to low season dinner could not be served. Similarly, this also held for the advertised activities. If we had known, we would have chosen another accommodation which offers the same views, room type for a much lesser price. If the accommodation does not offer this, then it should be reflected when booking.

Pros: Beautiful residence located in a peaceful area. There are two pools, a library and a really nice restaurant that serves delicious food. We stayed 5 nights and will definately go back.

Pros: The location is just amazing, like out of some movie about Tuscany (reminds of Stealing Beauty for example), the area around the hotel is just so beautiful, the hotel, it's garden are beautiful and fitting into the scenery, it is very remote in a good way – away from roads, any noise, very quiet and clean. It was easy to find by car, even though we arrived when it was already dark. They also allowed for a later check-in after 10 PM. The room was simple but comfortable and with a very new, clean, comfortable bathroom. The breakfast was so much more than one could expect at a hotel, particularly in Italy, and with such value for money! Everything looks just like in the pictures. We definetly plan to come back for a longer, relaxing summer stay. It's also close to many wineries.

Cons: Nothing! But I wouldn't recommend staying here if you don't have a car, it's quite far away from transportation.

Pros: If you want to have a movie-like experience in a centuries-old villa in the heart of Tuscany, look no further. Everything is kept very close to the original - the furniture, the windows, the floor, it's like walking and sleeping in a museum, but the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Definitely opt for the breakfast (we loved it!) and if the weather is nice you can serve it on the terrace - you get the best view. The owner is very friendly and he'll show you around the whole place, it will make you feel like home. Keep in mind that you need a car to reach the property.

The host was warm and friendly and eager to make our stay as memorable as possible. A short walk to the quaint Chianti town of Castellina makes it all the better.

Pros: The breakfast was exceptional! Everything was delicious! The owner was so kind and precious, he always greeted us with a smile.

Pros: The beautifully appointed rooms have always been very clean and comfortable. The Internet also works very well. We always enjoy the breakfast which is included and the front desk staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Additionally, Radda is a stunning Tuscan village, which is why we return year after year and always stay at this hotel.

Cons: Well it’s never happened to us, but we observed a tourist needing a bit more guidance/ information from a member of the front desk staff. Sometimes, weary International travelers need lots of details.

Pros: Wonderful location in the center of Radda in Chianti.

Pros: Wonderful, Polite, Courteous and Professional Staff that makes you feel like part of their family! This is a Classic little Boutique Hotel in the very center of an iconic Tuscan hill town... Outstanding Breakfast Buffet! We will definitely return next June!

Pros: We were moved to the sister property Palazzo Leopoldo which turned out to be an unexpected upgrade. This is a fantastic hotel beautiful room with excellent facilities including spas and indoor heated pool. The breakfast is extensive and you can choose to eat on the balcony overlooking the vineyards which is picture perfect

Cons: There is an extremely loud weekly disco / rave party held adjacent to the hotel which runs into the early hours of the morning. The bass reverberates throughout the town making it impossible to sleep. I can't believe they hold this so close to the town affecting both tourists and residents. To the credit of staff they allowed us to move to a smaller rear room however the sound was still audible.

Pros: The property is away from central Poggibonsi but it was what I was looking for to relax from our trip. We didn’t have a car but our friend pick as up to go places. Even though it’s not in town center, the wifi was strong.

Cons: I was satisfied and happy so I have nothing to say.

It must be perfect to be protected from the sun in summer. The rooms are large, decorated with taste and comfy. The hosts are great and really friendly (the cat is also friendly

Cons: Everything was almost perfect. Few comments only to help improving : maybe tell on the booking page that the pool is closed now (maybe I did'nt see it ?) We picked the place for that because we wanted to swim. It's a bit cold and maybe only 1% of the people swim by this temperature but I was that 1% ;-). The shower head needs a bit descaled

Pros: Breakfast and evening meals were fantastic. The sunset wine tour amazing. We stayed in a suite which was gorgeous and very romantic. Staff all very friendly and helpful. The views and surrounding area are stunning.

Cons: The dirt track roads leading to the hotel are pretty bad but we managed it in a normal family car, no need for a 4x4. Don't let the roads put you off though, the setting in the middle of nowhere is gorgeous!

How ridiculous! Just to squeeze a few extra euros from guests. ,

Pros: Located in central chianti. Nice clean rooms. The mediterranean hotel has beautiful cosy interior with a panoramic view of the stunning tuscan hills from the rooftop.

Cons: The continental breakfast was more like a 2 star hotel like experience. Zero variety and very poor. You only had 2 types of cold cuts ( the cheapest packed ham that tasted more like water than ham and some salami. The worst breakfast experience I’ve had so far in a 4 star hotel.

Pros: Loved the pool, really clean and great views! Really quite in September so mostly had the pool to ourselves which is great! Rooms are simple, modern and clean! I’d stay here again, overall a lovely place! Even let us early check in when we had driven such a long way (from Cinque terre) to get there! Which was brilliant as we were knackered and it was raining hard when we got there!

Cons: The room was advertised as having a fire place, but it turns out this was just a hole in the wall with paper and cardboard stuffed into it. When we asked about the fireplace and how we should get it started, we were told that - for our safety - we could not use the fireplace. A bit disappointing.

Pros: Nice swimming pool and big room with bathroom. Staff was super helpful and very nice! They produce their own products so you can stock up on homemade marmalade and honey if you wish to.

Cons: The property was a bit expensive taking into account location and standard. Wi-Fi was very poor.

Pros: The location was good! The spacious garden and clean refreshing swimming pool behind the accommodation brought us great fun. An hour or two after checking in around six o’clock we went for only a five minute walk to an amazing restaurant called ‘Nostrano’ were we drank good wine and ate lovely food. The women of the family that run the place were very kind. Especially Gabriella, whom makes you feel so welcome.

Cons: Well... we did not have a great start. We where welcomed by a young man who didn’t really knew what was going on. My boyfriend had to tell him he should check our documents for registration. I had to ask him for a key to the apartment, which he had to look for. After I locked the door I could jus pull it open with little to no force. It seemed that he also forgot to tell us that that we had to utilize different mechanisms and locks to secure our doors. Later that day the lovely ladies of the family came to tell us that he also informed us incorrectly about breakfast policies. Then the room, it lacked the basics. No bedside table, only two (hidden) electricity sockets that were taken by lamps. The fire place was filled with old papers and carton boxes which reminded me of an abandoned haunted house. There was a door that opened, but the doorway was closed by a sort off aluminum and isolation construction. I encountered 6 or 7 spiders. And the room wasn’t that big, so that a lot. I think a clean environment wouldn’t attract that many insects. And I won’t even start about the mosquitos. There was also zero pressure on the pipes, because rain hits me harder then the shower I had this morning, after the shower door almost fell out of the shower cabin. And the WiFi was completely unusable for us. Sadly, it felt that the mother of the owning family really tried her best and meant to give us a great experience. We just did not have that.

Cons: bathroom was quite clean but it could use a little renovation. What is more, inside the room was quite chilly and it was fine in September but when you plan to stay there in the cold season, it can be a bit challenging.

Cons: The rooms and outside area were tired and needed attention. The first room we were given had a broken toilet. We asked for glasses in the room which were eventually provided but taken away again after the first night. Too many rules and no entry areas in the garden. We weren’t made to feel very welcome.
