This 4-star hotel, nevertheless it is not very expensive. Rooms are very large, most of them are two-room. Wi-fi internet in rooms is very fast. Breakfast is very good. Hotel is very nice.
Walls between rooms are very thin, so everyone can hear what in other rooms happens.
Good staff. Good location.
Actually this hotel is not 4*. May be 2*. The photos on the site is much more better than reality. Could not advise this hotel to stay. Breakfast was poor. Actually it's hard to find quite good hotel with the good price in the cities of southern Italy, so if you have not any other ways, you could stay there for one night.
Very close to the station and the staff were extremely helpful. Room was of a very good size and good value for money.
Good location and friendly staff. Good value for money.
Having a living room was wonderful extra space at this price!
The hotel staff were extremely helpful. There were roadworks happening nearby and they offered to come and help us locate their offsite park.We stayed in Caserta to visit the nearby Palace and the location of the hotel was perfect for that. The rooms were generously proportioned with a sofa as well as a bed and the little extras like slippers and a robe to use were appreciated. Breakfast was quite ample.
Difficult to access but that was more due to the roadworks than the location.
The rooms were pretty much suites, consisting of a living area and a bedroom. All was very nice, new, clean. Both rooms had its own AC unit. Free parking not far from the hotel was a plus, and free wi-fi also helped.
Hotel staff spoke very little English, which is not to be held against them, just if you don't have a phrase book, it may be hard to communicate.
The nicest and most helpful staff on our entire tour of Italy
cleanliness, service, comfortable, spacious rooms close to reggia di Caserta
The room was excellent.
Shower was stopped up and no hot water in the evening. Shower was quickly fixed and plently of hot water next morning
