Pros (+) Hotel was okay, but Kayak was terrible and they booked the wrong price. False advertising.
Cons (-) We booked it online and we're expecting a completely different price as per Kayak.com however when we arrived they said the booking is reserved and it was far more expensive. We could have stayed at a better location for cheaper. And the worst part was cancellation was 70 euros. Kayak really scammed us on this one. We tried to show the hotel our booking on our phone but we went on a nether page an...
