Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests found the service lacking, with frequent complaints about staff attentiveness and slow responses, especially at the restaurants and bars. Cleanliness and room comfort were generally praised, and some guests enjoyed the food quality and variety. However, there were several negative remarks about value for price, with some feeling the experience did not match expectations or cost. Restaurant experiences were mixed, with issues around availability, variety, and reservation systems. Overall, while the hotel had positive aspects like clean rooms and some good amenities, service and value were common concerns.
