E xtremley friendly staff good location the food was quite good
None that we can think of
The view from the room was fantastic and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly
Despite staying in a deluxe room, it was quite small and as it was at the top of the building, it was cold, although we were provided with a heater, which was on a lot of the time!
Room and views were excellent clean and had amazing views
The shower was underpowered had my head on the soap dish wasing my hair !
room was very comfortable and clean with excellent views over the estuary.breakfst was fantastic and food available in the bar of an evening was also very good.staff were very friendly and helpful. hotel in good location for the few sops and other pub,all within walking distance so i didnt need to use the car.there is also a good train service along the coast to all the other towns.
We had a very pleasant stay. Rooms were very nice and kept spot on. Food was very good value, and we could start the day with a hearty breakfast. The entertainment on the Saturday night was a pleasant surprise. We would stay there again.
The staff were friendly, shown up to room, clean and comfortable, nice touches, china mugs, bottled water, bath robes Lovely view across the estuary. Very good food.
Situation of hotel excellant with lovely views and close proximity to railway station.Stayed in Lakeland room which had both front and side view of bay. Intended to eat in only 1 night and try the other pub in village however food so good and excellant value had dinner both nights of our stay.Stayed midweek therefore no problem with loud music as reported on Sat nights.(live bands)
None for us but note they have live bands Sat nights (may be good or bad depending on your point of view) No lift so if this problem ask not to be on top floor (did not bother us).
Very friendley staff, wonderful meals, lovely room
Room excellant, staff very friendly, food very good.
More choice for breakfast, full english good, but would have liked to have fruit in the morning for a choice.
Lovely location, very comfortable room and lovely food both in restaurant and at breakfast
