Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and helpfully
Cons (-) Took a while to check in as they seemed to be short staffed at the front. Attendant was very nice, just a bit overwhelmed with number of guest. Room was not as luxurious as expected but bathroom was nice.

Pros (+) The view was picturesque . Shannon the at the front desk carries this place, she should go into hotel management.
Cons (-) Seriously outdated rooms, tripped several times on the uneven flooring in room 26. The carpet felt like it had been laid over another carpet that had been folded over in different areas. Bedding was not what I expected for the money that they charged for an exclusive room.
