The hotel was worthy of its listing. Our room have us a view of Cardiff Castle. The evening meal was very good. No complaints about a very comprehensive breakfast! The hotel was particularly well located.
A little more variety in the evening meal would have been pleasing.
Quite dated and basic rooms
The staff were all very pleasant and made our stay very enjoyable.
The plug in the basin in the bathroom was a bit troublesome!
A buffet breakfast which was not up to standard, and lack of communication between waiting-on staff and customer. Breakfast was a very big let down!
Didn't look appetising at all. Second morning was a bit better
location ,the building & friendly & helpful staff
trip too short
