Got picked up right from the ferry port. Checked in with no issues. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel lobby and all the rooms have AC. The shuttle that takes you to the centrum and back every 20min or so is an amazing service. We enjoyed our stay and made the best of the pool. too bad we could only stay 2nights.

Be careful, make sure if you do choose to stay here you get a room within the hotel. There are several rooms outside and below the hotel. We were unlucky enough to get one not even in the same building. You had to leave the hotel go down to the driveway and along a ramp to another block where the staff do the laundry.
