Pros (+) Breakfast was excellent, the staff were helpful, and the room was cleaned very well.
Cons (-) The room across from mine was being worked on and the workers were extremely loud.
Pros (+) Stephanie - the check-in / front desk staff was very helpful in offering advice on activities to do, how to do it cheaply and the best means of getting around Cape Town. The rest of staff were also very helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was excellent quality and tasty. Location: close to the yellow bus stop on the hop on hop off tour which made it easy to get around Cape Town.
