Pros (+) Over many occasions, I witnessed the staff going above and beyond expectations of guests. From making sure all the rocking chairs lined up to providing excellent cocktail service, it is clear that the whole staff is trained and believes in great customer service.
Cons (-) The hotel and grounds were top shelf. Nothing could have been better at Congress Hall. Cape May in January is understandable quiet; which is quite nice. However, many if not most the restaurants and businesses are closed.
