Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often near the beach or city center, and the extensive, high-quality breakfast offerings. However, several reviews highlighted negative experiences with service, including unprofessional or inattentive staff. Cleanliness was also a concern in some rooms, with mentions of dust, cobwebs, and maintenance issues. The pool and spa areas received criticism for being noisy, poorly maintained, or not fully functional. Overall, while many guests enjoyed their stay, especially due to the location and breakfast, there were recurring complaints about service, cleanliness, and pool facilities.
