Cons (-) Poorly maintained. Old property. Every tiny activity is charged. No connection between the booked rates and conditions and those the hotel tried to charge. Concierge only knows about activities the hotel charges for and clueless or misinformed about others. Far from what I’ve experienced in other Taj hotels and very low value for money
