Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests generally appreciated the hotel's breakfast variety, convenient location, and pool facilities. Many reviews highlighted positive experiences with staff hospitality and room upgrades. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with service responsiveness, cleanliness, and maintenance, especially in comparison to expectations for a 5-star property. Some found the rooms dated or not as advertised, and there were occasional complaints about delays at check-in and extra charges for amenities. Despite these issues, the overall impression was positive, particularly for families and those valuing a central location and good breakfast.
