Only one elevator worked the entire time we stayed there out of 4 elevators, took about 20 mins or more each time we wanted to go in and out. Run down and out of date room / decor and furniture. It felt like a hourly motel off highway.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to the beach and nightlife. Some reviewers appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the spacious rooms and good WiFi. However, many guests were disappointed with the service, citing slow or unhelpful staff, and experienced significant issues with the elevators, which were often slow, hot, or malfunctioning. Cleanliness was also a concern for some, and the breakfast and food variety did not meet expectations for several guests. Overall, while the location stood out positively, service and amenities left room for improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) I usually don’t do reviews but this one was super necessary. The hotel has a great location and the facilities are nice. However the service was awful. Really bad. We got there at 10pm on a Thursday and there was not anything to eat. Although the restaurants hours where until 11pm. we had to call the manager and after arguing with us they started to bring us food. The breakfast place and the resta...

Pros (+) Beach location with rock wall near helps tame the steady waves. Nice outdoor pools and beach facilities. All staff is helpful and friendly.
Pros (+) To begin with the staff was amazing! Always willing to help no matter what. We never had problems with anything in the room and if we needed something it was done promptly. The beach view was to die for! The hotel was always clean and food was always good which is a plus! I highly recommend staying here! Will definitely book here again when the time comes!
Cons (-) The hotel is general was not fresh. As soon as you walked it you could feel the humidity but the rooms were really cool and fresh so it worked out!(:
