Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and enjoyable pools, especially the thermal ones. However, many reviews mention negative aspects such as excessive noise from music and poor sound insulation, which make it difficult to rest. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others reporting issues in rooms and bathrooms. While the pools are a highlight, some require maintenance. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its convenience and amenities, but improvements in noise control and cleanliness are needed.
