Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's exceptional location near the pyramids, with many highlighting the breathtaking views from rooms and the rooftop. The staff received consistent commendation for their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help, often going above and beyond for guests. Breakfast was generally appreciated for its quality and variety, though a few found it repetitive. Some guests noted issues with cleanliness and room maintenance, but these were less frequently mentioned. The most common complaint was the high noise level due to ongoing construction nearby, which disturbed sleep and affected the overall experience for several guests. Despite this, the positive aspects of location and service stood out in most reviews.

Kamal Ali and his staff were absolutely great!! From the desk service, the ladies who cleaned the room, the breakfast and dinners, all of it was perfect. To top it off, the Pyramids are directly across the street from this hotel! Best view you can possible have each morning and evening!

Pros (+) The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The view from the rooftop was the best in Giza. Directly across the street from the sphinx and pyramids. The staff make you feel like family.
Cons (-) Dogs barking loudly during the night but I was given earplugs.
