How close and convenient the hotel was to the airport and the beds were very comfortable
The price I was given and confirmed on booking.com was no where near the price I was charged when I arrived at the hotel close to twice the price actually. Smaller room than the one I booked and was told I was given a complimentary upgrade (it was actually a downgrade) breakfast was stale and the food was clearly reheated. The baked goods such as bread and croissants were stale as you like!!! I ordered room service and had to return the ‘steak’ because I asked for it medium and it came over done and again tasted like it had been in the microwave a few times absolutely horrendous!!! Do not eat there waste of time and money!

Room was very nice Nice place where you can rest, eat, shop and enjoy before taking your flight Very closed to the airport Free shuttle every half hour 24/7
Because of the COVID-19, we could not enjoy the swimming-pool

The dinner was reasonable.
My only complaint is that when I paid for my room I asked to include dinner and breakfast and the reception informed me that it had been included. I went for my dinner and when I was leaving the dining area I was questioned by a member of staff quite rudely that it had not been included. He marched me over to reception where it was confirmed that it hadn't been put on the total price. I think that this was totally out of order , I paid for my dinner but I wasnt not happy that this was the way I was treated. I really feel.i should have been compensated for this.
