Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, especially its proximity to key attractions and the Nile River. However, there are widespread complaints about poor cleanliness, with many describing the rooms, bathrooms, and furniture as old, dirty, and poorly maintained. Service is frequently criticized for being slow, unresponsive, or unfriendly, and several guests had issues with check-in, reservations, and staff attitude. Room size and bathroom conditions are also commonly mentioned as negative points, with reports of small rooms, bad smells, and malfunctioning facilities. Overall, while the location is a highlight, most other aspects of the hotel receive negative feedback.
