Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's excellent central location and friendly, attentive staff. The service is often highlighted as a strong point, with several reviews mentioning helpful and welcoming receptionists. However, the breakfast receives frequent criticism for its lack of variety and quality. Cleanliness feedback is mixed, with some guests noting issues such as insects or insufficient cleaning, while others found the hotel clean and organized. Bed comfort is another area of concern, as several guests found the mattresses old or uncomfortable. Overall, the positive atmosphere and convenient location stand out, but improvements in breakfast and room maintenance are suggested.
