9,6 Excellent
Pros: It’s location overlooking the sea and beautifully designed rooms.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We treated ourselves to a junior suite and it was worth it; the room was luxurious. The pool area is relaxing with several pools to choose from. The breakfast was very high standard as was the service. They cater very well for those with food allergies. The location is ideal for views and walking into the narrow streets of Cadiz and along the coast.
Cons: The food from the pool bar was a bit of a let down in terms of quantity and bearing resemblance to how it was described on the menu!
5,0 Okay
Pros: The most beautiful room with beautiful views.
Cons: The breakfast. No staff and the most unappetising hot cooked food we have ever seen. Eggs hard, pans dirty, everything swimming in grease.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable hotel with excellent facilities that's right in the old town. The bedroom had an amazing sunset view.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful modern hotel, great location, view and pool area. Friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: We liked everything, although if you like a lot of bathroom privacy this may not be the place for you.
7,1 Good
Pros: The location for the view of the sunset was very impressive. It is a very modern hotel with excellent pools and spa treatments. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and some food cooked to order.
Cons: The beds are uncomfortable and need toppers to make them a little softer. Some of the bar staff were a little unwelcoming and not friendly. I wonder if it is because the hotel is modern and the bar lacks any atmosphere - it is a little like sitting in a canteen and it doesn’t reflect the old city location or have the modern city bar feel. It was very disappointing.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful modern hotel in on the water beside the old town... Perfect stay for Cadíz
Cons: Nothing
7,5 Good
Pros: Room for excellent Breakfast excellent Maid service excellent
Cons: Swimming pool hours very restricted so no early swim - pool not open until after breakfast
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Such a fantastic selection for breakfast! The suite we had facing the sea was magnificent, with Hermes bathing products.. And the pool area was beautiful. We actually canceled our plans for the afternoon so that we could enjoy sitting by the pool. We will definitely go back! Thanks for a great stay!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful views from our room. Friendly staff, great swimming pools
Cons: Automatic lights in the glass wardrobes kept coming on and off. Couldn’t turn the a/c off

8,3 Excellent
Pros: It was a nice hotel in a good location.
Cons: We paid €15 for parking. Got to the hotel around 5:30pm. Pretty disappointing that we had to have our car out by 1:30pm the next day when we checked out. So, not even 24 hours—seemed pretty chintzy.

Cons: Beds very firm. Some noise from road
7,9 Good

8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel looks and feels great
Cons: The Front Desk lady was not welcoming, she kept asking for the people that was staying in the room's ID, even after I paid for the room she didn't want to give me the WiFi pass word until I gave her the ID of people staying in the room. Also she wanted me to pay 11€ for parking when I parked outside by the door w/o a problem and no charge. Everytime I saw her she will remind me of the ID. I work in a 5 star hotel as a manager and the way she treat me wasn't hospitable at all.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel very close to a lovely beach and a short walk to the old town. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to help (e.g. tips on where to park, organising a surf lesson). The room is huge and very comfortable in every way.
Cons: Breakfast was fine, but for the price not amazing value.

Pros: Really nice hotel with friendly staff. Great location in the center of town (a bit tricky to find it by car). Great building, and a fabulous room. Breakfast OK. We will definately try to come back!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable hotel, was spotlessly clean. We celebrated my girlfriends birthday so I messaged in advance if there was any special touches I could arrange. I heard nothing back but was delighted to see a happy birthday banner and some chocolates on the bed. Staff were so friendly, courteous and very professional. Location was excellent. And the rooftop garden is wonderful. I don’t normally write reviews but this was such a lovely stay I felt like I wanted to.

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, very ready to help with advice and anything extra you might need to make your stay a memorable one. I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to Cadiz
Cons: Can’t think of a thing
6,0 Good
Pros: The hotel is a simple but friendly hotel in the middle of the old town of Cadiz. A big plus is the parking garage right next to it. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Our room was extremely small. We had 2 suitcases with us and we had to move out a chair to store both pieces of luggage in the room. We stayed 2 nights and so it was OK. For a longer stay I would have chosen a more comfortable hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. Breakfast was good and very friendly service. I thought the hotel was beautiful.

Pros: Enjoyed the balcony in the junior sweet.
Cons: Extremely slow check in and check out and not because of the the only receptionist who was working at through out the day. The process just seems badly organised. Place looks sad. Needs a touch up a lot of areas. Definitely not 4 stars and not for that price. First place on the massive holiday through south west coast of Spain which disappoint me. Played loud music, can hear in the room,in the bar until midnight. Not here to socialise but enjoy peace and comfort.

Cons: Worst breakfast in 20 years of travel
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We were entirely satisfied with this hotel. Excellent location for the old town - set in the pleasant, lively Plaza San Francisco. Our room was a good size and airy with a view over the Plaza. Plenty of storage for clothes. The bathroom was bigger than average and there was plenty of room for toiletries, which made a 5 night stay more comfortable. The standards of cleanliness in our room and the hotel at large were impeccable and all staff were pleasant - I liked the way the reception staff greeted you as you walked through the lobby. In some of the reviews I read before our stay the breakfasts were criticised, but we found them to be really good. There is a selection of fresh orange juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, tostas, croissants, good coffee, with jam, pates and what we liked, fresh tomato topping and olive oil. At the weekend there were also fresh pastries. The service was very pleasant also and it was a nice change from the usual buffet style. Overall we had a great time in Cadiz, which is a lovely city, and this was made more enjoyable by our choice of hotel. We would certainly like to repeat the experience!
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.

6,3 Good
Pros: Buffet breakfast was very good. Hotel well situated but difficult to get there driving Rooms and bathroom Ok
Cons: The beds were hard. There were almost no night tables. The room didn’t have a window. The parking was a block away from the hotel on cobble stone streets. Slow elevator. I found this hotel very expensive for what they offered

Pros: comfortable bed and quiet at night. Very good WiFi. Excellent location
Cons: There was no window in the room. I would have liked a box of tissues.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Good location. Reasonably clean.
Cons: We were given a room on the third floor where we could hear every footstep in the rooftop bar above. By midnight we had had enough and asked to change rooms (bar open until 1.30am). As a result we were offered complimentary breakfast so they did try.
7,5 Good
Pros: Roof top bar
Cons: NOiSE late at night
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean, nice simple decor. Good location. Staff were helpful, thoughtful and efficient. Loved the rooftop bar in the evenings. We would stay here again.
Cons: Can be a little noisy at times due to the street below and because of the traditional style of the building. Mini-bar in room wasn’t cold and the door to the bathroom stuck and made a loud noise when opening/closing but these were really minor things. Would have visited the rooftop bar more often if it was open in the morning for coffee or open earlier in the day.
7,1 Good
Pros: The hotel is in Old Tiwn and everything is within convenient walking distance. It is a good Value and despite noise in evenings I would return.
Cons: The hotel get a younger partying crowd who are noisy at night.

Pros: Location was great. Just a block away from the beach.
Cons: Could be closer to downtown.

Pros: The location is a short walk to great beaches. We had a family suite, which was two rooms that shared a lockable hallway and found this perfect for traveling with older kids/teens. Breakfast was great!
Cons: It would be a nice touch if parking was included. It's free in the area, but impossible to find.

Pros: Free street parking is possible nearby! Bus stop 20 meters from the hotel. Downtown is 20-25 minutes on foot.
Cons: Parking in the hotel garage 25 euro/day! The most expensive possibility in the area. Breakfast is not reasonable for the that price!

Cons: 1. we requested extra linen when arrived, as we were 2 persons. Was not delivered 2. the bed (actually 2 beds) was awful, in the middle very soft, there was like a pothole 3. both keycards stopped working at the same time. Were not close to mobile, were not even carried by the same person
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. Breakfast was very good. Set evening meal - not so good!
Cons: One of us ordered an omelette - but we are English so expected it to be like an English one. In fact it was four greasy flat pieces of batter with hardly any egg in it. We are not really upset!!!!

Pros: booked the superior room with the large terrace and the amazing view of the cathedral. This is very special and well worth paying the extra as a treat. The terrace has sun loungers and a table and chairs for sitting out. There is tea and coffee provided in the room. Beds are comfortable, staff are friendly and chatty and provide good information on what to see. Did not eat breakfast at the hotel as there are many places nearby. It is a great location for the historic part of the city and about 20 minute walk to the closest beach which has free showers and toilets. Lots of bars and eating places within a couple of minutes walk. This was a great hotel and the terraced room made it very special
