Pros: The personal was very friendly. It was quiet.
Cons: I was able to use internet for 2 hours during my stay. It was not working most of the time. The bathroom smelled really bad (maybe there was an issue with the plumbing). I had to ventilate the room often.
Pros: I had a very comfortable and we'll equipped room with air-conditioning and a private balcony. Central location and friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: All the facilities were closed because it was the end of the season.
Pros: Very central located, easy access to everything - restaurants, supermarket, beach etc. Staff very friendly. Room was clean, good air conditioning and we enjoyed balcony at each room with small glimpse of the sea included.
Cons: Breakfast was not included, however was very affordable. They did not give us coffee or anything else in the room, although we had a water boiler and cups. Difficult to find a parking spot.
Pros: Food, staff, room, location
Pros: Well placed near center but on a side street less circulated, very-very-nice and helpful owners, restaurant is OK and cheap, big room, big bathroom, kitchenette facilities, balcony, good bed. Option for Sauna and Jacuzzi. Supermarket and stores within 100 meters.
Cons: Some restaurant smell cannot be avoided, at least on our room's balcony. Some minor noise Saturday night, from being close to the center of the city. And like all Bulgarian bathrooms, needs a shower curtain :) A hair dryer could be useful on seaside.
Pros: People were really really nice. There’s a balcony also, a bit far from the sea but you can still see it. Price was okay. You can park easily in the street. You can walk to the center and the beach.
Cons: We were a little bit disappointed... especially with the former notes from other guests! Not very charming, the room is not very cosy - just functional. Unfortunately the restauranr was closed. Concerning the price, knowing the fact that there’s no breakfast, it may be more advantageous to find another nicer place with breakfast and a bit more expensive...
Nestled on the beach, this Obzor property is 3 mi (4.8 km) from Calimera Beach and 9 mi (14.5 km) from Irakli beach. Sunny Beach and Campo Beach are also within 25 mi (40 km).
Pros: Great for family vacations, lots of entertainement facilities for all ages...
Pros: Location, staff, food, ...
Pros: Location. Food. Aqua park.
Pros: I liked the children activities, the interior pool, clean rooms, good food.
Cons: The heating didn’t work and was a little cold in the room during the night.
Pros: Good location, food, staff
Cons: The Reception lady overcharged me but figured out quickly, called the supervisor and solved it. I am adding this comment here because I had to wait for approx. 20 min although I was in a hurry. Indoor pool quite small.
Pros: Everything was ok!!
Pros: Amazing food, facilities, swimming pools and location. Lots of other lovely guests. Always somewhere to get food and drink which was mostly self service so didn't need to feel awkward constantly going back. Very, very child friendly. In fact I'd go far as to say that people without children were in the minority.
Cons: The bed was probably the worst I've stayed in for a long time. It felt like the mattress hadn't been replaced since the hotel was built and the covers made for a terrible night sleep. I booked a sea view and I got one - a side sea view (not sure that's the same thing) - but couldn't be bothered arguing at 04:55 in the morning.
Pros: I really liked the animation team and all the activities they have to offer for every age group. It was just great that me and my family all had something to do in this wonderful resort all day long because of the animation program.
Cons: I did not like that it wasn't fully clean. Also, I did not like the staff for the main restaurant because they were not that good, but other than that everything else was great for me and my family.
Cons: the beds
Pros: There were always lots of sun beds, Even more on the beach.
Cons: There was no where to walk to, no local shops etc.

Pros: very quiet staff friendly location lovely
Cons: beds were unbelievable shocking woke up with sore bacl every day especially the mrs disabled could not Sleep both started the day ain pain needs new mattress aircon stunk of piss when turned on full
Pros: The view, the friendly attitude from the owners and the staff
Cons: That it did have breakfast and for the 7 days stay , they didn't change the sheets and towels
Cons: To get on my knees to open the door after 22.00 tricky for older people
Pros: It's clean . The room is ok. Is a small hotel/pension. The swiming pool it's very good. The Byala city it's a village with out entertainment place, but have a good prices on the restaurant.
Cons: No restaurant, was dificil to find a restaurant open at 9 or 10 am, all open after 11 or 12. Sorry but I think the average of 9 is to high for this hotel, the notes given by others indus me in the error.
Pros: Everything was perfect!! See ya nex year
Pros: We liked the fact that it is a small hotel, with a cute balcony overlooking the pool behind and with a certain amount of sea view. The rooms are comfortable and the value for money is excellent. Take into consideration that you need to walk to the beach for about 10 minutes - it is quite steep on the way back but there is a little train that brings you up if needed. We would come back with pleasure!
Pros: I’m pretty satisfied with the staff, location and how clean the property was. A perfect place for a get-away.
Cons: The breakfast did not meet my expectations. It wasn’t varied enough.

Pros: Good beds, spacious rooms
Cons: No water in the swimming pool mid june is a bit of a dissapointment
Pros: What a great find! We decided to check out the town of Byala and found this gem. We were passing through so unfortunately only stayed one night. The service by the reception was wonderful. He was kind, welcoming, and helpful. The room (an apartment) was very clean and incredibly spacious. The pool was great. There were restaurants nearby and the walk to the beach was manageable. We will stay again!
Cons: Nothing not to like. Truly pleasant experience.
Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms, very spacious. Few mins to the local supermarket, 10-15 mins to the beach by foot.
Cons: Nothing not to like about th hotel.
Pros: Lovely big clean rooms with all the necessities. Close to shops, restaurants & the beach. Great pool & bar area The staff were polite & friendly. This was our 4th trip here & we won’t hesitate coming back
Pros: The rooms are huge!!! The pool is large enough and clean. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is modern . The location is close to super market and a lot of restaurants (especially recommended the restaurant across the street). If you are travelling with kids, there is a nice amusement park down the street that opens after 6pm.
Cons: The cleaning is not the strong side. I wish the staff would emphasise this. A stove would be nice too, currently there is only microwave. The breakfast is basic. Eggs/pancakes, bread, juice and coffee. Better option is to buy a fresh pastry across the street and groceries in the supermarket.
Pros: Nice location, own parking lot, swimming pool
Cons: Air Conditioning wasn’t working during high season, strange smell in the room, no staff was available on the reception when we checked out
Pros: Great location, pool and apartment was amazing,, very spacious
Cons: Only fault i could find was as self catering there was no toaster or cooker,,other than that was great stay
Pros: The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The staff were amazing especially Tisho , he was so helpful throughout our stay!
Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like about it
Pros: The best booking i've ever made. The best value for the money we spent. Great services and incredible pool!

Cons: small room..
Pros: Friendly staff, nice rooms, quite location on the beach. Loved it.
Cons: Cleaning, bathroom, furniture, mold in the bathroom, the toilet bowl had old dirt, the bed mattress very hard
Pros: Spacious apartment with nice 180 degrees view. Close to the beach.
Cons: Bedroom does not have blinds, therefore too much light in the room.
Pros: Excellent location. Lovely sea view. Beautiful seating area beside bar and staff so friendly. Will return next time in obzor. Beach is so near and bus stop also. Rooms spotless.
Pros: Excellent location - literally 2 minutes walk to the beach; remarkably friendly and helpfull staff at reception; professional and very creative cleaning ladies; recommendations where to eat the best food in town offered upon arrival; wonderful playing ground for kids; good breakfast; welcoming and warm atmosphere overall. I highly recommend this place and I'll definitely come back if anytime in Obzor.

Pros: We liked the proximity to the beach and the room itself.
Pros: Nice host and very communicative in resolving your needs. The location is near the beach and near the city center. Very nice the garden in the arbor wine. It is a place where you find quit and a relaxing time to spend with friends and family.

Pros: The location of this Pension is perfect , 5 minutes to center , 2-3minutes to the sea . Every day rooms cleaning , the staff and owner - awesome, very kindly and polite . WiFi in rooms very well , kitchen - good equipped. So 10\10
Pros: Very clean, change the sheets and towels more often than in any hotel. Friendly hostess and staff. A beautiful garden with kitchen features, tables and seats. Rooms with a large balcony.
Cons: A little bit noisy, due to the traffic in the streets. A parking lot is about 100m away.
Pros: Location. Value for money. Very polite hosts. Maybe new claening staff, but very clean and tidy. Cosy seating area with simple kitchen in front of the house.
Pros: Fridge, fan and good size balcony. Free parking on a lot.
Cons: Hard to find, not a single sign outside or in front of the building. Not the comfiest bed. No air condition, a little tight room. Parking 100 m away.
Pros: the hosts are super friendly and welcoming, good and quiet location near the South Beach of Obzor (walking distance ca. 3-5 min), big, light and clean rooms, big and clean bathroom, balcony with table and chairs, plenty of space for everything
Cons: providing soup in the bathroom would be nice, the double bed is composed of two single beds
Pros: Nice location close to the beach and close to all the amenities shops and entertainment
Cons: Parking can be difficult if you go out
Pros: The location of the property is perfect: close to the center and just a short walk to the beach, there's an opportunity to go jogging along the seafront for those who want to). Very hospitable and helpful hosts, clean room (daily cleaning) with personal bathroom, fridge and fan ( to tell the truth, we didn't even need the fan as the room is quite cool), really big balcony, comfortable kitchen for general use with all necessary utensils in it and cosy arbour wine where you can have a cup of coffee). We enjoyed every minute of staying at Pension Dichev and will come back next summer. Many thanks

Cons: Smell in bathroom
Pros: Everything was perfect!
Pros: Pool area very clean & tidy & rooms a good size, hot shower.
Cons: Would have liked a choice at breakfast, if only eggs done differently. Some people don't Like cheese or meat.Toast would have been a good option.
Pros: The property was excellent, staff was extremely helpful and kind.
Pros: The bungalow was superb and the gardens and pool were lovely. Very family feel and relaxing. The hotel itself was full of charm and character.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.
Pros: The hotel is in traditional Bulgarian style ,lovely gardens and a view.Very quiet and peaceful.
Cons: The breakfast wasn't a buffet which was a bit strange. The location is not so bad at all,but the roads from the town centre to the hotel are awful.
Pros: I loved this place , my God from the first minute Katy the manager did everything to make us happy ,so easy going always smile , my house was like own house , peace , all around trees with applies , grapes , swimming pool so amazing , breakfast every day different so so delicious !! Cleaners so polite and did great work , omg how i enjoyed my holidays ,my son and hunsbad loved so much .we will be back very soon. Thank you for everything. I swear magic place
Pros: It was so near to the city center. A lot of restaurants in this area. It was soo quiet at night. The staff from the hotel was very helpful and nice. We got each day a different homemade breakfast.
Cons: They could use some darker curtains for the room. It is quite bright at night.
Pros: It was soooo good, to be honest I did not expect that given the price! The lady was extremely nice, the pool was clean, breakfast was very good, typical Bulgarian, we had lunch there once- it was as if it was home made! The only thing that could make the place better are thick curtains for the windows because some of my friends were used to sleeping in darker rooms, but this can be easily neglected. I am very happy with the hotel,I would definitely go there again!
Pros: The host was amazing the food in the restaurant was the best food in hole Obzor

Pros: It is very close to the sea - I like to swim at 6:00 in the morning and in the evening. View to the sea from balcony. Food not very diversificated but good. It was better when was a big group from western-north Europe - afterwards it feels like we where of second class guest - mostly from ex-soviet countrys .
Cons: When check-in I first visited the app-room = it was in the same poor condition like it was 2 years ago - windows and balcony door could not be closed properly and the 2 air-conditioners did not worked . I had to refuse that condition for the ammount I suppose to pay for. In the new apart-room was 90% OK - acceptable, but light wasn't in all places (no bulbs), shower hose and handle I had to ask to be changed - water on the sealing, walls but not on me, the walls in the rooms spotted - that because of the "civilised" turists but ... resort management what are doing ? Parking is ... maybe you'll find a place to park, even after you paid for a place in advance to local community, but for the inside it's working "like on balkans" (Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey - piškeš) I think.
Cons: Broken items! Cleanness under question, mentioned to receptionists about problems but never sorted!
Pros: Generally we liked the stay very much. It is a great place to stay with children. We did not have sea view oriented room (extra paid), but luckily we had balcony on side of building and had sea view anyway. :) The all inclusive food was delicious, a lot of vegetables. Second week we just felt it should be more variating.
Cons: Could be better kitchen equipment (pans, wooden spoons, ..) We had all inclusive, but if we have only room, we cannot imagine to cook in this kitchen. There was a smell from canalization in bathroom.
Pros: The view was very good: balcony looking over the swimming pools and partially of the beach and sea Free access to all in seconds. Localization was perfect: in between two hot spots (Sozopol and Varna) and the center of Obzor reachable by walk in 20min. Staff at Reception and Restaurant were responding to requests. Great commodities: a little market inside the property for food and other consumables, mini golf, 4 swimming pools + little bassins for children, playground for children, good restaurants on the beach... This was complete to satisfy a family with children in all aspects.
Cons: Despite communication 7 months before (after booking), the bad surprise was that no secure parking was available upon arrival. Yet, the staff remained calm, manage to unstress us (after a long trip) and found an appropriate solution ; good job. However, the cleanliness issue was met at several moments during our 2 weeks stay - swimming pool with plenty of hair and dirt, like filtering was not perfectly working. - the worst thing was the cleanliness of the apartment when we checked in ; we found a dirty apartment (full of sand and black hair on the ground, dirty toilets, ...) and a hoover out of order, all not acceptable with a child of low age crowling on the ground. After raising a complaint to the Reception, a maid showed up (not speaking a word of English) and she started to use an already dirty mop, without hoovering before, so this was just moving around the hair and dirt. So we told her to stop and we had to manage cleaning on our own with means onboard. We eventually got a new hoover the next day, after 4 reminders, and managed to do the cleaning at our convenience the rest of our holidays. Maids should be more trained with technics and involvment (the corridor outside our apartment was dirty a few days in a row without being cleaned) and should show more neutrality while doing service (not making a face or pointing at watch, like it is time for them to leave, like we are annoying them when asking for a basic service). Finally, staff should show a little bit more interest in customer satisfaction (at no stage at all, anyone asked if we were enjoying our stay).
Pros: Reception staff were amazing and super helpful. Reception manager spotted that i was with my 72 years old mother and changed our apartment with one in a great location, as otherwise we had to be in the last building of the complex and restaurant for All-inclusive at the other end.
Cons: Cleaning wise, after checking in I've touched one of the chairs in the kitchen-diner and it was sticky.
Pros: The hotel is on the beach and the food& services from the restaurant ( Paralia Steakhouse) are were very good.
Cons: The apartment that we’ve booked was not clean. It was very dusty and one of the bathroom have a horrible smell. The receptionist it wasn’t nice at all; she almost yelled at me when I wasn’t satisfied about the distance between the building in what we were staying and the all inclusive restaurant. The resort is formed from several buildings and only in one are food and drinks for all included services. So, if I wanted anything( like a drink) I should walk 5-10 min to get it and come back to the place it supposed I should relax. This is the reason for which, even if we buy all inclusive, we pay extra money for food and drinks.
Pros: The location is truly amazing, the beach is clean, large and not too crowded, the water is very clean. The apartments are spacious, with all the useful facilities and the food is acceptable. Another advantage is the fact that we received free sunbeds and umbrella (though you have to be truly attentive and inquisitive regarding this particular aspect).
Cons: There were some issues that took some time and energy out of our holiday- the fact that we paid for the sunbeds and the umbrella for 3 days in a row (8 leva per sunbed and 8 leva per umbrella), after having asked one of the receptionists whether they were free or not her answer being, no they are not free. In the third day, the kind person in charge of checking the receipts for the above mentioned told us that we do not have to pay because we had all inclusive bracelets. I went again to the reception and asked another employee, who checked and told me that indeed, the sunbeds and umbrellas were free of charge for us. When I asked him about my obviously deserved refund, he told me, in a very shy manner, that maybe I should come back later and clarify the situation. Unwilling to do so, I went and showed the pool bar employee (where the sunbeds and umbrella had been paid for) the 2 receipts I had left (the third one had been thrown away) and he instantly refunded me the entire sum (so my respect to the man in charge of checking the sun beds and the umbrellas and also to the pool bar employee. The receptionists? Not so much). Cleaning is also an issue- it is very very superficially done. Also, they tend to knock on your door at around 14-15 on a regular basis in order to clean the room, so if you want to get some rest in the afternoon beware of this, use the Do not disturb! sign. After cleaning they replaced the towels, but only provided us with 2 sets instead of 3 as were present upon arrival (us being 3 persons in the apartment). Luckily enough, the location compensates for many of these issues, which is clearly not the contribution of the management/receptionists. Harder work and implication would be my suggestion for those in question!
Cons: Great location, lots of space in the apartment and very accessible area. Apartment a bit smelly, the couch in the living room was dirty and in need of cleaning.
Pros: the whole concept of the resort position just next to the sea the pools were warmed but not to much the food was fresh kitchen was fully equipped
Cons: a narrow range of food not a bit of ice cream just a few fruits it was a button that you need to switch in order to have warm water i didt'n notice and my first shower was finished in cold water

Business, Other Amenities
Featured amenities include wired Internet access (surcharge), dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Cons: Food was bad (mostly minced meat and the food was not so fresh), the room had issues (like, the windows didn't close, bathroom was dirty, bathtub was really dirty, housekeepers only cleaned the floor, we had same sheets and towels for all days), wifi didn't work at all, the pool was pretty dirty, on the bottom of the pool you was able to see sand and dirt, the beach was pretty far from hotel. I would not recommend to anybody this place
Pros: Tania in restaurent very pleasent and helpful Katrina and krnin at bars very friendly
Cons: Food needs to be served hot and replaced quicker when empty amd maybe increase the chef budget so a better quality of food good be purchased cleaners need to clean in corners and windows of flies especially in restaurent
Pros: - Staff: all the staff is friendly and helpful (especially one of the receptionists, Miss Georgieva was so kind and friendly) - Food: it's a lot of food and it's diversified - Sky bar for the view :) - It's a super quiet place, a bit far from the center so it's perfect for those who just want to relax or those who don't like clubbing. Although, for a little bit of entertainment they're having a little theme show every night. - For those with kids it's a great place because they have a lot of activities to keep the children entertained.
Pros: The Receptionist was a lovely woman, she helped us when we needed advice and our lost property. The rooms cleaned every day and bar staff where friendly.
Cons: It was all good
Pros: Air-conditioningn was very good and the view from the balcony was amazing. I also liked the food, beacause there were lot's of options and it wasn't basic hotel food compare to normal all Inclusive foods. Location was good specially to people who don't like noisy towns.(like families)There were also many handsome boys and young men, easy to get the cab and go to Obzor which is a small and nice city right next to Byala. 700m away from the hotel threre is a very beautiful beach and there were always drinks in the pool bar.
Cons: The pools were usually dirty and the whole place where a bit dirty almost everywhere (expect the reception) Most of the staff couldn't talk English at all and someone's seemed indifferent. Wi-Fi connection was awful, floors in the villas (even after the cleaners) weren't clean and there smelled a wet dog after cleaning. In the pool bar there were only 3-5 pm food, but not like snacks always. The toilets didn't work so well and there were ants on the terrace in the downstairs.
Pros: Staff, location, view.
Pros: Absolutely everything, we'll come back for sure, food great, the beach near by very clean, staff friendly, the room was clean, the food was delicious and diverse, the show at 9 p.m. was also great!!! Good job, Vemara Club Hotel!!!!
Cons: Internet connection the worst!
Pros: value for money, large clean room and balcony
Cons: no lift to 3rd floor, wine not available in bars,
New Town Complex is situated in the centre of Obzor, near the pedestrian zone. A seasonal outdoor pool is at guests’ disposal, while the beach is located just 150 metres away. All apartments and studios are air-conditioned and offer a balcony. A kitchenette is fully equipped, including a microwave and a toaster. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. A restaurant serving traditional Bulgarian cuisine and fish dishes, as well as pizza, is located right next to the Complex. Shops, bars and other entertainment can be found just a short walk away. The bus station for the bus to Burgas is just 500 metres away. Aquapark Sunny Beach can be reached within 30 km, while the Burgas and Varna Airports are 60 km away.
Pros: The pool is owned by the house and it's clean, very close to the beach, you have your own balcony, there's a parking lot inside the territory. The problems are fixed immediately. This is not the hotel so there was no cleaning that didn't disturb. Owners are very friendly and happy to help. There's a wifi. The shop is very close and open 24/7. Highly recommend this place.
Pros: Right in the center and i mean actually in pedestrian area. Clean and tidy I would stay there again !
Cons: Did not get the room with 3 single beds we booked. 1 single and a double (for 3 big bikers
Cons: New town complex is a block of apartments, supposed to be a serviced apartment. Unfortunately the standard of cleanliness was absolutely dissapointing as well as the actual furnishing. We are not fussy at all and have a rich travel experience but renting a flat for a week with small children I expected at least the simple thing, some standard of comfort and cleanliness. The apartment we were given, number 24 was outdated, broken furniture and dirty,my 2 year old was wiping the floor with her clothes and it made me so sad,the floor has not seen a mop recently. Our balcony door was broken and literally does not close at all as the whole mechanism is missing,a major Health and Safety issue especially with s toddler that could sneak out there.Have booked a 1 bedroom apartment for a reason,so that we can use the extendable bed in the living room as well.Unfortunately it was broken, terribly uncomfortable,a torture to sleep on this for whole 7 nights supposed to be a relaxing holiday time.I have requested a hoover to clean the sofa myself as it had hair and sand and all sorts of dirt on it and was told they don't have any,the sofa in the living room absolutely filthy and the expandable mechanism was broken. No simple customer service at all, only seen one lady there handling with everything, not been given a receipt for what I paid either and it wasn't cheap at all for this bad quality they offer. No usual daily cleaning you would expect in a serviced apartment,no sheets or towels were changed for the whole week, very dissatisfied with New town complex Obzor. My advice is do your research in advance, there are lovely places out there for similar price.I only booked peak season middle of August last minute and did not have many options at the time. This place could be nice as it's location is good but the owner need to invest in simple things required for his renting business to keep going otherwise there will be lots of dissatisfied and unhappy customers.
Pros: Big apartment, big terrace, swimming pool, amazing view to the see and mountain. The Hotel receptionist Sabina was fabulous women. Definitely I recommend this complex!
