Pros (+) The hotel is in a nice location. It was very easy to get to and from Vancouver via the Skytrain. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

Cons (-) Room was very stuffy and AC machine was very loud, even in the low setting. We expected complimentary slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush considering the Hilton is a higher end hotel. But no.. And no complimentary water. These small things go a long way and it's ridiculous that we would have to pay $12 to stay at a hotel. Really unimpressed with the Hilton
