Did not know the restaurant was under reno. But temporary setup was good.
I liked the housekeepers. They are friendly
I just don’t like what I saw in the tub the next day. It looks like there ‘s sands inside the tub. But other than that all is okay.
Stayed here for one night for a wedding. Super clean, comfy and quiet. Room service breakfast was delicious and the staff helpful. Price was reasonable. Would definitely stay at a Hilton again.
Friendly great customer service from checkin, room service to breakfast host & server. Would highly recommend!
The respectful communication and professionalism of the staff was adequate.
The WiFi is VERY WEAK. I spent 3 nights and got no WiFi strong enough to work on my phone, which I deeply rely on. I guess I was supposed to pay for PREMIUM WiFi to get good WiFi service. Very disappointed. The parking lot is very tight and is sometimes very challenging finding a parking spot that I was allowed to park in. I really wanted microwave in room, but only found out on day of departure that I had to ask for one if I needed it. I thought they were not available. I feel it would have been a good idea for the front desk to make this known to me upon my checking in. A layout of the hotel and it’s facilities (banquet hall, bar, eating areas, etc) was not in room or made available to me. My family and I felt left in “no man’s land” (lost). It was as if we were merely given a room and left to figure out everything else about the hotel on our own in the short space of time we had. I have been to many hotels and paid less and never had the shortcomings I mentioned above. I feel that for the high price I paid, none of the above dislikes I mentioned should have been an issue.
