Mr Ihab was nice and very helpfull
The location is good if you are travelling by car, it is a strategic point if you are planning to visit the city of Toronto or Niagara falls without taking too long in the traffic jams.
The bathrooms, more specifically the showers were really bad in our rooms, no water pressure and poor quality. The breakfast was mediocre, the coffee too. There is no room service after 9 pm on the weekends, so basically if you are travelling from far away having a jet lag, you can't eat anything if you arrive later in the evening. The hotel is also way expensive for what it has to offer. I think this hotel is far from presenting what a Hilton should be.
The room was very clean. Simple, yet modern. Would definitely stay there again.
Got free breakfast from all the problems.....
TV didn’t work for 2 of the 3 nights. Internet was awful. The sink in the washroom plugged up. The afternoon staff didn’t know how to fix any of it.
Equipment in the room (microwave, fridge, coffee machine). The room is quiet and beds comfortable and clean.
At the price of the room, what a pity that the breakfast is not included (about 14$ + tax). The swimming pool is small.
