Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and proximity to attractions, shopping, and transport. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, such as dirty carpets, mold in bathrooms, and insect sightings. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding it adequate and others criticizing its quality. Bed comfort is a recurring problem, with complaints about old or uncomfortable mattresses. The elevators are often described as slow or insufficient for the building's size, leading to long wait times. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, guests are dissatisfied with cleanliness, bed comfort, and elevator service.
