8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect. Easy walk to beach, cinemas and shopping. Excellent value for money.
Cons: Told when we checked in the room is attended to every second day. This was ok however the bins in the room were too small and there wasn’t easy access to an outside bin. Also didn’t think it was appropriate for housekeeping to come into our room when we where all still asleep. They didn’t return to make beds etc later on.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Really near the ocean and shops, staff friendly and everything clean.
Cons: Extra Camp bed was terrible
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was tastefully decorated, antiques, very clean and comfortable, very quiet. The pool was sparkling clean and there was a BBQ and outdoor dining area, a great place for early evening dinners! The staff were over the top friendly!!! And only a 2 minute walk to the beach and sunsets over the surf on the Indian Ocean. Fantastic!!!

8,0 Excellent
Pros: The spa, and room size
Cons: Nothing really, if anything the location
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were friendly and very responsive to all of our requests. The renovated kitchen was great to work in as it had all necessary utensils with plenty of pots and pans for stovetop cooking. The full-size fridge was an excellent size, and the freezer compartment was adequate. Beds were comfortable, and the sofa bed in the lounge was easy to pull out and pack away each day. The pool was lovely to cool off in. The location was convenient for our needs.
Cons: I would have preferred the bed linen to be changed more frequently during our 8-day stay — although I'm sure if I had mentioned this, the staff would have arranged this. The kitchen facilities lacked containers to *cook* in the microwave.
7,0 Good
Pros: friendly staff rooms tidy location good beds comfortable well equipped
Cons: air conditioner in next motel room vibrated and droned to our room to the point of the window rattling next to my bed! tried to swim bit pool cleaner left in the whole time with cord everywhere in the pool pull out couch bed not suitable for older adults
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff. You can get a nice breakfast if you don't want to bring/prepare your own food. Nice BBQ area with a (clean) pool.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It felt new and clean. Lots of cooking utensils and the fridge was powerful. Beds were good and we liked the bathroom. TV was good and Foxtel included the movie channels.
Cons: Not much to dislike. The apartment was good.

7,0 Good
Pros: The bed was good to sleep in. The room was clean and tidy. Coffee facilities were really easy... great sink. The undercover parking is rather fabulous to use (see note below re lift access). The closeness to really great restaurants and coffee venues is outstanding. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The downstairs area, the pool and restaurant seating, is funky and looks resort ready - the photo of the colourful chairs is the pool area. Internet WiFi - fast and easy to connect to, a very big bonus!
Cons: There is no access from the lift to the undercover parking... carrying luggage up the stairs could have been avoided if someone had said "no lift down there!" The view from our room, and several in the same angle, was of Officeworks... big lights at night (although the curtains are adequate). There are many views in Bunbury, Officeworks is not the best of them. The balcony is bland, boring and badly thought out. Something needs to be done to create a space worthy of the status of the hotel. The shower is outdated, needs to be replaced. Lighting in the room is odd.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Comfortable clean beds. Nice new shower.
Cons: Very overpriced. Didn't realise the beds are all in the one room. Not very practical travelling with kids. Tidy and comfortable beds. Dirty stained carpets thru out. Kitchen was smelly like onions were chopped recently. Old hotel with recent upgrades. A mix of old and new.
6,3 Good
Pros: Very clean and good location
Cons: At reception and the bar no customer service. We waited and another guest about 5 or so minutes before anyone came near us. I rang the bell twice and still nobody came. A lady walked from the office with I think plaster on her arm and didn’t take any notice of us until I said to the other guy I have run the bell twice and still nobody came. She then came back after hearing me say that and went back to the office and then said to us they will be out in a minute. WELL HELLO. It was around 2 30 or so the 14/01/20. We could hear them talking in the other room and when they finally came out the guy actually asked them if they were open for business as her tried to ring them but nobody answered and the lady handed him a card and said yes we are.My husband also went to the bar area to get us a drink and stood there for at least 10 mins so he went to reception to ask if the bar was open and a guy came up to reception I presume to have a talk and heard my husband and said I cam help you. Not good enough.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location - very central to Bunbury.
Cons: Rooms are getting really old. This is not the first time ive stayed there. The wind was blowing so much and so noisily through the gap between the door and the floor that I had to put 2 of the extra pillows next to the door to stop that.
6,0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Plumbing awful, aircon weak
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Layout and view from our room, facilities to make tea, coffee and a fridge. We like having a sitting area away from the beds. Loved the location of the hotel it was walking distance to numerous food outlets, the beach, tourist attractions.
Cons: No facility on the booking.com website to ask for a room with beach view, we had to wait until we checked in to request this which then include an extra cost ($10 per night) for the room change.

7,9 Good
Pros: Shower room (hot water comes out quickly, curtain) Comfortable bed (big enough) Many storage Very close to the beach
Cons: unavailable TV in the early morning unattend staff (only 8am-10am & 4pm-6pm)
7,1 Good
Pros: I liked the bed - super comfy - Infact one of the most comfortable beds ever, staff was nice too! Location was good, parking was ok if you could get in. Good Wi-fi too.
Cons: It really wasn’t a case of not liking it, I just would like to point out that if your over 30 then maybe this isn’t the place for you, we booked a private room - unfortunately on the top of the stairs which lead to the showers and bathrooms- which were clean and tidy I might add, unfortunately because most of the other guests live there residentially- they get up from 5am onwards and actually have no thought for anyone else, from 5am me and my partner were woken up by people - stomping- banging- talking loudly - using the showers and bathroom- unfortunately for us we were on holiday and didn’t want to be awake from 5am, so maybe keep this in mind when booking !!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I was impressed of how near the hostel was to the beach, it was cleaned every day (!) and it was nice to have a free breakfast in the morning. Thank’s again
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Checked in by the night supervisor who was extremely helpful.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Service was disgusting. Rude staff. Rude guests.
Cons: The hospitality and general treatment from staff members and guests created an atmosphere that was unwelcoming.

Pros: Both great!
Cons: The weather.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Customer service
Cons: No one at desk at times
5,0 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: On arrival I was given a key and told my room was down the back. No welcome, no intro to the place, nothing. Had to ask other guests for directions $50 security deposit. I got it back but they never checked my room for damage - nothing in there to damage! No hooks or chairs in bedroom, but the heater worked, dodgy plugs. Oh yes, I’m Australian but was asked for my passport! Didn’t happen. Laundry washing machines sitting in a large puddle of water Free breakfast served.... there was a large bin with lots of loaves and a sign saying help yourself; a few nondescript unlabelled jars of spread and a kettle. And left in a mess. No milk, pay for a pack of plates cutlery etc, in the photo the pink cup is mine, the rest is as I found it. Kitchen had stuff everywhere with no idea who owned what. There was one carton of milk which was 10 days out of date. Provided my own cup, coffee, milk and teaspoon. It was disgraceful. Negative notices anywhere. I couldn’t recommend this to anyone. I’d actually like a refund. Not at all welcoming or interested in the customer one little bit.
7,0 Good
Pros: I really loved to be surrounded by people from all over the world
Cons: Permanent patrons to the hostel not giving a "lamb" about cleaning after themselves, also the level of noise they were making when getting ready to work about 5.30 am evey day for their farm work is unbearable..some dodgy local permanents acted like proper white trash, but that's not a surprise, they're just the regular low-life bogans...
5,8 Okay
Pros: Location and friendly staff
Cons: Shared bathrooms/toilets too small, too many intoxicated young men. Building more run down than expected.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Cleabliness, helpful staff, location... It was a great stay.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly, the location was good and the place was cosy generally speaking
Cons: The reception hours, nobody between 10am and 4pm. And the noise.
